The plant will have facility to produce, Maida, Sooji, Atta and bran. These products will be sold as per the guidance issued for Food and Civil Supplies Department of the concerned state.
The same plant can be used to process other cereals such as rice gram, dal etc However, attempt is made have to examine feasibility and profitability of processing wheat to produce Maida, Sooji,Atta and bran.
Flour mill serve the purpose of processing wheat to convert it into flour. Wheat grains are the seeds of the wheat plant which is able to grow is kinds of soil and under widely differing climatic conditions. The principle wheat of commerce belong to the botanical groups Triticum vulgane, Triticum drum and triticum compactum. A grain of wheat is avoid in shape and it bears at one end a number of short fine grains.
