INTRODUCTION
Carbon Black is a finely divided form of carbon practically all of which is made by burning vaporized heavy oil fractions in a furnace with 50% of the air required for complete combustion (Partial Oxidation). Carbon Black from Tyre is a new developed process having less implication and involvement of machinery and the plant cost is also less compare to other conventional process.
Carbon Black is available in different grades and is precisely used in process industries like rubber products, plastic, printing ink, paints, etc.
The global carbon black market is projected to grow from $13.22 billion in 2022 to $18.09 billion by 2029, at a CAGR of 4.6% in forecast period, 2022-2029.
It is intended to prepare a Feasibility Report to install 900 Tons/Month Carbon Black from Scrap Tyre production facility as a Green Field Project.
