The tyre of a truck or a car contains much of air under pressure supporting the vehicle load. The tyre valve is known to permit much air under pressure into the type chamber when it is required. This air is then released for adjustment of pressure or when the removal of tyre is needful. High pressure is easily accepted by the valve stem air-line adaptor or a pressure testing gauge. 
   
It is important to understand the operations of the tubeless valve operations. The valve assembly is known to have a core pin which is tightly fixed to the valve seat. The pin is known to pass through an internally parallel sleeve and outside of the sleeve is attached to a tapered seal. When the core assembly is screwed into the core housing, the tapered seal is known to prevent any kind of leakage between the valve sleeve and the core housing. It is to be noted that the return spring normally holds the valve in the closed position, so that the compressed air is pumped into the tyre and is trapped well.
 
For appropriate inflation of the tyre, it is to be noted well that a compressed air supply pipeline is attached well to the valve adaptor which is fitted over the valve stem so that the core pin is pushed down significantly. Furthermore, air from the higher pressure supply is then forced through the valve annular core space into the tyre. The adaptor is then removed when the desired pressure is reached and this, then releases the core pin so that the valve is closed appropriately. When the pressure of the tyre is high, the core pin is depressed slightly to release the excess of air from the tyre. Furthermore, the outer cap thereby keeps the valve out of grit and is known to act as a secondary seal for the valve assembly. 
 
The car tubeless tyre is said to incorporate snap in valve which is a kind of rubber moulding bonded to the metal stem casing. It is important to have the settings in such as way that when the valve is pulled through the valve hole in the wheel rim, the pliable rubber base snaps into the right position. Accordingly, the groove is formed at the large diameter base of the rubber moulding. The tubeless tyre valve of commercial vehicles is all metal. The stem is attached to the heel rim by an extended thread formed at the base and secured by a nut. The valve stems are known to have single, double or triple bond to suitably accommodate different rim profiles as well as wheel combinations. 
 
Studies in the past indicate that most people often tend to miss out some small details while doing regular inspection of their car. One of the most neglected parts of a car or a truck is its valve stem. If we think carefully, it should be noted well that the valve stem is the part that holds air in the tyres and helps in adjusting of the air pressure. If the valve stem does not work properly, the tyre will start losing the air and might go flat or too hot. Thus, it needs to be understood well as to choose the most appropriate tubeless valve system for cars / trucks.
