INTRODUCTION
Sports shoes play an important part during playing of various types of sports. Sports shoes are mainly used as foot wear in playing hockey, cricket, Badminton, Bolleyball, Table Tennis, athletics and other numerous types of sports. Sport shoes offer various advantages than other type of shoes. Some of these advantages are given below:
1. Sport shoes are lighter in weight and easily washable.
2. They are water proof and do not require polish.
3. They have a good electric resistance.
4. They have a greater wear resistance and hence are more durable.
The sole of sport shoes are mainly made of Polyurethan and upper is of canvass cloth. The market for sports shoes has grown considerably high rate of growth during the last few years and accounts for a fairly large percentage of the total sports good consumption in the country.
Sport shoes are available in different sizes and designs as requirement. The rubber portion is paste to save the regular tear and wear of front portion of the canvas cloth as this is the most sensitive part which get torn jestest because of the regular impact on earth and balls. The average life of one pair of good sport shoes is estimated a round hight to twelve months.
In the last few years sport shoes has shown very good development. Sport shoes are now available in the market e.g. tennis shoes, badminton shoes, running shoes, Table Tennis shoes, cricket showes, footall shoes etc.
