PVC Edge banding are extruded product which is used in furniture industry, PVC edge banding has the characters as heat tolerance, oil proof, high hardness, abrasion resistant and excellent bendability. The PVC edge banding is recycled environment friendly and wide use in furniture, cabinet, door or windows etc. PVC Edgebanding are extruded and fully solid colored. Solid coloring of the material enables clean and simple rounding of edges. The impact resistant formulation of PVC material guarantees a long service life of milling and other cutting tools. PVC Edgebanding is coated on the back with a universal bonding agent for perfect adhesion, together with all suitable hot melt glues or solvent-based adhesives, to substrates. PVC (polyvinyl chloride) is one of today’s best known and most common plastics. Edgebanding has been manufactured from this material for the furniture industry also for more than 40 years and have, due to their outstanding materials properties, proven very successful. Especially the excellent processing characteristics of PVC have contributed to its penetration of the furniture.
