 INJECTION MOULDING
CODE NO.4118

Electric lights are supplied with electricity from a storage battery.   When  the  storage  battery  runs  down,   it  can  be recharged  from an outside source,  or from a dynamo,   run  from the  engine.   The old style 'carbon' filament  in  the  electric globe consumed so much current that it was difficult to obtain  a storage  battery  of  a reasonable size and  weight  which  would supply current from any length of time.  The carbon filament lamp used  a  filament  chemically  treated and in a vacuum. Thefilament  in  the  "Tungsten mazda"  globe  reduces  the  current consumption and is not liable to break with the unusual motor car vibration.  There are  three  methods  of  furnishing  electric current for car lighting.

1.   By independent storage battery system.
2.   By generator & battery system.
3.   By an independent generator system.
