Making of EVA (Ethylene Vinyl Acetate) compound is a new development in E.V.A. formulations. For the compounding purposes, for EVA, E.V.A. products, among the other ingredients, EVA Base, EVA 2825 constitutes a conspicuous along with other ingredients.

These outstanding physical property of EVA for the best advantage is its plasticity due to which the EVA is employed in various applications. Its weather resistivity and carrying and cushioning features as general properties have an importance and the significance everywhere.

EVA compound is prepared by mixing process by mixing the ingredients.

EVA Emulsion is a milky white Ethylene-Vinyl Acetate copolymer emulsion without any plasticizer. Because of its ethylene content to make a drying to a clear, soft and flexible film with low surface tackiness, but exhibiting very  good adhesion to a wide range of non porous material, especially Polyvinyl  Chloride (PVC) should be mentioned.

EVA emulsion also shows a good resistance against aging, light or saponification. it is broadly used as a particularly suitable raw material for the formulation of adhesives for difficult substrates, such as lacquered surfaces and plastic films in the packaging and paper industry. EVA emulsion also have a good compatibility with resin solutions, soft resins, plasticizers, solvents and extenders.
