INTRODUCTION
The traditional toy industry in India uses clay, wood, stone, papier mache, metal and marble as raw materials. For about 95 per cent of our toys, the basic raw material is plastic. This material is preferred to other materials as it makes the toys lighter, safer and more attractive.
Indian toy industry has taken rapid strides towards modernisation. There is a sea change in the range of toys available in the market. The narrow view that toys are merely play things for children has given way. It is being acknowledged that toys help the child in familiarising himself with the environment and to develop his social, emotional, physical and mental skills.
A variety of electronic Toys are available in the market, which are very attractive in design and those fascinats the children profusely owing to their beautiful and noble look. These toys of extra ordinary shapes and designs attract the child. These toys comprise of an electronic circuits which are mostly battery opreated. The electronic circuitary operate the mechanical composit of the toy.
