ACTIVITIES
Boarding school is a school where some or all people study and live during the school year with their fellow students and possibly teachers and/or administrators. The word 'boarding' is used in the sense of "bed and board," i.e., lodging and meals. Some boarding schools also have day students who attend the institution by day and return off-campus to their families in the evenings.
Many independent (private) schools in the Commonwealth of Nations are boarding schools. Boarding school pupils (a.k.a. "boarders") normally return home during the school holidays and, often, weekends, but in some cultures may spend the majority of their childhood and adolescent life away from their families. In the United States, boarding schools comprise various grades, most commonly grades seven or nine through grade twelve - the high school years. Some also feature military training, though this is generally offered only at specialized military schools. Some American boarding schools offer a post-graduate year of study in order to help students prepare for college entrance, most commonly to assimilate foreign students to American culture and academics before college.
The proposed School is being set up for the welfare of the people. The infrastructure of the school will be from pre Vth to XIIth 10+2 C.B.S.E. Board, Delhi.
It will be an uncommon school that will bring a complete change in the society. The students will get a complete knowledge of physical world and ethical one. It will be based on Indian culture. The present schools and colleges are over looking our main and basic civilization and Indian culture and following the full immitation of western culture.
The boarding school will keep completely it in mind that healthy mind can grow and develope in a healthy body. A sick body can absorb only sick one education. The propose school will apart the education of Yoga and physical exercises. It will conduct special classes for them.
In such a way the proposed school will prepare healthy and intellectual soldiers, engineers, doctors C.A.s and better teachers for forth coming generation. When such better personalities will render their better services, no doubt we will mould careers so that the forth coming generation will have the opportunity to mould some of the words most prestigious engineers, doctors, teachers, professors, C.A., I.P.S., I.A.S. and others who will dominant the major part of this world.
